Warning Signs

Be aware of these warning signs that a price adjustment is necessary:

Agent Elimination:
Agents are not previewing it – therefore eliminating it without seeing it. Agents are previewing it, but are not showing it to their buyers.

Buyer Elimination:
Buyers are looking at it and making offers on other homes.
