Jennifer Keenan did an outstanding job of selling my parents’ independent living co-op at Atlantic Shores in Virginia Beach VA. It was not an easy sell due to the legal parameters of a a co-op business transaction, but Jen got it done. Also involved was a power of attorney for elderly and fragile parents, so to have Jen treat us all so well took the pressure off of the entire process.
